Discrimination

EU ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICY is an important element of the European strategy in the fields of insertion, integration, social cohesion and fight against exclusion.
"Its objective is to fight, within the European context, against discrimination based upon all pertinent motives" (from the Green Book on non-discrimination, Commission, June 2004).
According to Art 13 from the Treaty of Amsterdam, art 20 and 21 from the European Charter of Fundamental Rights, art 3 from the new Constitution: -" is forbidden all discrimination".
Equality between women and men implies a respect of differences and their non hierarchisation. At Home women and men are often victim of multiple discriminations that must be fought.
There must be equality between all women.
